What's the difference between a custom facial and a Korean facial?
A custom facial is built around your skin that day, blending organic Éminence products with clinical techniques like extractions, peels, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, plus red or blue LED when it helps. A Korean facial focuses on deep hydration and a dewy glass-skin glow using Korean-made products, like our Advanced Korean Facial ($139) or Korean Glass Skin Peel ($129).
Do you treat men's skin differently?
Yes. Our Men's Power Treatment ($119, 55 minutes) is designed for men's skin, with deep cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, steam, extractions and custom masks that target congested pores, an oily T-zone, ingrown hairs and razor bumps. It's still customized to you, and you can add red light therapy, extra massage or extra extraction time.
What should I expect on my first visit, and is there parking?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early. Your licensed esthetician starts with a short skin consultation, then customizes the treatment to what your skin needs that day. There's free private parking at the studio, a Craftsman house at 1450 Washington Street in Hillcrest, so you don't have to hunt for a space.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. All acne facials and back acne treatments are HSA/FSA eligible, and we accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout. Gift cards are also available online or at the studio if you'd rather pay that way.
Can I get a facial and waxing in the same visit?
Yes. Add both services when you book online through Square, or ask when you call or text 866.956.1605 and we'll plan your visit. Let us know which facial and which wax areas you'd like so we can schedule enough time. We're open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM in Hillcrest.
