What to expect before you send your question.
Is the skin consultation really free?
Yes. It's free, with no obligation to book or buy anything.
How fast will I hear back?
The same day, by email, from a licensed skin therapist.
What should I include?
Your main concern, how long you've had it, what you use on your skin now, and anything that makes it better or worse. Share as much or as little as you like.
Can I send photos?
The form is words only, and a good description is usually enough. If you'd like to show us a photo, text it to 866.956.1605.
Will I be pushed to buy anything?
No. You get an honest recommendation: sometimes a treatment, sometimes just the right products to use at home. What you do next is up to you.
Can I skip this and just book?
Yes. Book any treatment online, or choose the I Have No Idea Facial: we look at your skin in person and build the treatment around what it needs that day.
Do you help men and women?
Yes. We advise men and women on everything from breakouts and razor bumps to aging and sensitive skin.
